Taekwon-Do here at the academy is taught in a way that’s great for your health and fitness, every lesson our instructors make sure to implement cardio, strengthening and flexibility in conjunction with Taekwon-Do technique and discipline so in addition to the self-defence and sporting aspects of a martial art, the exercises we perform improves ones stamina, strength, posture, coordination and more.
In addition to strengthening the body, there is also a mental component where one’s mind and focus is challenged, therefore enabling one to improve and maintain mental health, providing you with better concentration, self-control, self-confidence, reduced stress.
